These terms apply to the New Dilan Rice Products desktop application supplied by SRD Innovations for mill operations. By installing or using the software, the mill agrees to these terms.
The software
The app is proprietary. The mill may use it to record intake, milling, stock, sales, weighing, payments, and reports on mill computers. The mill owns the records it enters. SRD Innovations does not claim ownership of mill operational data.
Google Drive backup
Local and Google Drive backups are tools for the mill. Connecting a Google account is optional. The mill is responsible for keeping copies it can restore. Google Drive is a Google service; Google's terms apply to that account. The mill must only connect a Google account it is authorised to use.
Acceptable use
Do not reverse engineer, redistribute, or use the software to access Google or other services beyond the backup feature described in the privacy policy. Keep mill PCs and Google account credentials under the mill's control.
No warranty
The software is provided as-is for mill use. SRD Innovations is not liable for lost records, downtime, or business loss. Keep local backups even if Drive backup is enabled.
Changes
We may update these terms when the software changes. The date at the top of this page is the current version. Continued use after an update means the mill accepts the revised terms.
